You are mainly responsible at Lobby area and assist customer with Hospital General information as well as customer luggage’s and escort them to the Patient Services Centre for admission and discharge.
• Assists guests upon arrival at HANH PHUC Hospital
• Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and reports guest complaints or problems to Customer Services Manager if no immediate solution can be found.
• Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.
• Ensures a customer oriented s attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the Hospital.
• Ensures a high level of product and services knowledge of Hospital and local area.
• Ensures a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
• Ensures the Customer Services Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments.
• Provides general information to Hospital’s guests/ patients.
• Conveys a general feeling of well-being and diplomacy with guests/patients all at all times.
